Laxabakki við Sog
Laxabakki is a summerhouse built in the spring of 1942 on the banks of the river Sog by filmmaker Osvald Knutsen. It's take on the traditional Icelandic farmhouse was much admired by, amongst others, Alvar Aalto. The house has fallen into a serious state of disrepair and the task is to measure and record this remarkable structure before it is erased by the elements.
